Congratulations to GCMI’s very own: Dr. Emily Blum on her recent advancement within Emory University from Adjunct Clinical Instructor to Adjunct Assistant Professor. The advancement is a testament to Dr. Blum’s commitment to education and clinical research. Emily is instrumental in advancing med tech innovation for GCMI. She works tirelessly to promote GCMI in successfully advancing med tech innovation as demonstrated by her recent speaking engagements with The Ohio State’s REACH for Commercialization™ – Inspiring Female Entrepreneurship at Ohio State and Beyond and HHS’s Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA). Dr. Blum’s an advocate of improving patient outcomes and we’re so proud of her recent accomplishment and recognition within Emory University. In addition to her recent advancement, Dr. Blum is also a double board certified in adult and pediatric urology. We’re also excited to have Dr. Blum as one of the mentors for GCMI’s Baby SharQ Tank pediatric innovation competition this summer.
