Office hours

on request

We take an intimate approach to consultative services within a typical resident incubator agreement. We meet our resident companies’ needs with actionable insights precisely when they need them.

Resident companies are entitled to one hour of staff consultation on the subject of their choice monthly.

Prospective access

to capital

Many GCMI clients and accelerator supporters are potential investors or acquirers for new medical technologies. GCMI’s medtech incubator places you front of mind with our leadership team and provides an opportunity to ‘rub elbows’ or organically cross pathways with big players in the industry. They may be looking for your technology right now.

Some incubator companies may qualify, and apply for, GCMI’s formal accelerator program, which typically comes with financial support from a large strategic organization or medtech manufacturer.

Fees

Sharing cost across fellow medtech incubator residents means your dollars go farther not only in terms of space, but of onsite equipment needed for your product’s development that would be impossible to afford and maintain on your own.

Tenant fees are highly customized based spatial, equipment and unique service requirements. In an apples-to-apples comparison, tenants find our fees on par with national standards for comparable facilities and service.
