Connect

It’s hard enough to get out of the office or lab and network when there’s already plenty of work to do. So we count on our conferences to put us in the same room with as many of our colleagues and peers as possible. Every year, the Georgia Bio Innovation Summit provides that local opportunity for us right in our backyard. At a minimum, during the 2018 edition on Tuesday, October 9th in Atlanta, we seek to connect with friends like Clearside Bio, Advamed and the Georgia Department of Economic Development. No matter where Amazon HQ2 lands, we believe medtech and bio-innovation can drive significant growth in Georgia’s economy. We are ready to help tell that story. We are also ready to meet with new companies and innovators who are participants at the Innovation Stage event, with whom we can share our capabilities in device development, testing and training.

Learn

It just takes a quick look at the 2018 Georgia Bio Innovation Summit program to ensure that we are going to learn things that we can incorporate into both long-term strategic plans and short-term activities. Beyond the keynotes and Innovation Stage sessions mentioned above, we are particularly looking forward to the following sessions:

  • 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. – Concurrent Session A – “Advanced Manufacturing Innovations”
  • 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. – Concurrent Session D – “Regulatory Compliance and Training”
  • 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. – Concurrent Session A – “Translating University Technologies to Innovative Companies”
